How it works
A clear engagement, start to finish
Six steps, no software to install, and you control access the entire way through.
The customer journey
From request to report in six steps
- 1
Request an audit
Choose a package or request a fit check. There’s no payment required to start the conversation, and we confirm scope before any work begins.
- 2
Complete the intake
Share the essentials: your store URL, revenue range, the period you want reviewed, your primary financial concern, and whether product costs are available.
- 3
Approve limited collaborator access
You receive a Shopify Partner collaborator request and approve it from your own admin. You grant scoped permissions — there is never a shared password.
- 4
Provide missing cost information
Provide the figures Shopify doesn’t store: cost of goods, recurring expenses, and how shipping is arranged. This is what turns raw data into true contribution profit.
- 5
Receive the report and walkthrough
You get a detailed written report, an evidence appendix supporting every finding, and a recorded walkthrough you can keep and share with your team.
- 6
Remove access when complete
Revoke collaborator access from your admin in a few clicks once the engagement ends — unless you choose to add Ongoing Monitoring.
Collaborator access, explained
Scoped access you grant and can revoke
Shopify’s Partner collaborator system lets you grant a specialist limited access without sharing your login. Here is exactly what that means for your audit.
Limited permissions
Access is scoped to what the audit needs, not full administrative control.
Merchant approval required
Nothing happens until you approve the collaborator request from your own Shopify admin.
No shared password
You never give us a password or a two-factor code. Collaborator access doesn’t use them.
Access can be removed
You can revoke access at any time, and we recommend doing so when the engagement ends.
No changes by default
A standard audit makes no changes to products, themes, settings, or orders.
Changes require written authorization
We will not modify your store without separate, explicit written authorization from you.
