1. Who we are
LeakLedger (“we”, “us”) is an independent financial analysis service operated by Chase Reisner. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any commerce or payments platform.
2. Information we collect
We request the minimum necessary access for the agreed audit — only the data or permissions required, provided or approved by you from your own account and removable after delivery.
- Intake details you submit through the request form (name, business email, company, store URL, and the context you provide).
- Engagement data that you export and send us, or that we access through scoped, read-oriented permissions you approve — order, discount, refund, payout, fee, shipping, inventory, and product information needed for the audit.
- Cost questionnaire figures you provide (for example, cost of goods and recurring expenses).
Some raw store records can contain customer identifying fields. Customer names, emails, addresses, and payment details are not required for the financial analysis, and we minimize handling of any identifying fields that appear in source data.
3. What we never collect
- Your password or two-factor authentication codes for any platform.
- Session cookies or private API credentials.
- Customer payment information.
4. How we use information
We use the information solely to perform and deliver your audit, to communicate with you about the engagement, and to improve the service. We do not sell your information.
5. Marketing site analytics
At launch this marketing site uses no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or session recording. If that changes, this notice and any required consent mechanisms will be updated first.
6. Data sharing
Engagement data is handled by Chase Reisner for the purpose of your audit. Any future use of third-party processors (for example, form delivery or email) will be documented here before being introduced.
7. Retention & deletion
Retention periods and deletion procedures are being finalized as part of pre-launch legal review. You may request removal of any access you granted at any time, and you may contact us regarding your information.
